Alavahalf seems to be getting mixed up. Lateef Lovejoy plays 'Coach' in the Uswitch ads, which are unconnected with the Switch Guarantee ads from Bacs.

Unfortunately there seems to be considerably mystery as to who the Switch Guaantee actor is (and also to who the voiceover artist who dubs his voice in the role). People have been asking the same question for years (e.g. here: https://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Media-and-TV/Question1515634.html ) but nobody seems to know the answer. Sorry!
