I have heard that Delia has left Waitrose and that Heston will continue by himself. This is dreadful as Delia's recipes work better and are more likely to fit into modern lives. Heston seems to like odd mixtures and strange methods that take far longer to achieve his required result. What do you think?

There was a 'compare' yesterday in the Sun, I was reading at my brother in law's place. cottage pie, fish pie, various other recipes were given done by both and then it was judged who's tasted better Anyway Delia won by a mile
I think that Delia`s recipes will continue to be useful to home cooks but Heston has a dynamic that can be exploited by companies such as Waitrose so I`m not surprised that they have gone with him.
I've had 2 or 3 of Heston's products from Waitrose, and have been disappointed every time (and they're not cheap)
the smoked salmon and prawn cocktail are good but not amaaaaaaazing.
Err.... hello its an advert for a supermarket!
Shop where you want and use whoevers recipes you want.
It does not matter.
Really!
Heston's lasagne (for Waitrose) is the food of the gods.

I think Waitrose make more profit from selling the costlier Heston readymeals than they do from the increase in sales of ingredients to make Delia's recipes.
