Has anybody taken a contract out on the fat annoying tennor from that commercial yet?

Not a proper question, I know but had to get it off my chest that I hate that bloody ad and it is driving me towards hunting him down and beating him silly :)

Guys ...

"good" and "food" do NOT rhyme.

Good rhymes with stood, hood, could, pud, and wood.

Food rhymes with mood, stewed, feud, hewed, and brood.

You remember the advertiser though don't you - which is more than can be said for many of the nice unannoying ads.

Canary, you are absolutely right. this is what happens sadly but just becuse I know it, it actually makes me certain not to buy or even visit their site!
It's Go Compare that I use. I like him :-)
I'm the same as you Peeler, it annoys me so much that I would deliberately avoid ever using their services, the same goes for WeBuyAnyCar.

Daffy, you're my new AB friend :)
I refused to buy Cillit Bang for years because of their awful adverts...........
Yep ... really annoying advert.

The other one that gets on my tits at the mo is ...

"Co-op ... good with food"

There is NOWHERE in any parallel universe where "good" rhymes with "food".
The Go Compare ad and the Crabbies Ginger Ale Christmas Advert ought to be banned I'm almost ready to chuck something at the screen when they come on. How can they afford to advertise all the time?
Oh no, the Crabbies Alcoholic Ginger Beer advert was jolly.
Sheila's Wheels advert used to make me want to hurt someone.

I 100% agree with that jayne. and that's another gripe i have with go compare - how in hell does 'go to' rhyme with motor?? not very good education for our children, if i had any!

Good and food do rhyme. Or am I missing something here? =s
Wynne Evans (who does the annoying GoCompare advert) actually has an impressive professional repertoire ...

Is this the same person who started out singing Go Compare? I thought this one looks more like a woman.

That guy should be taken to the Vets and put down humanely along with that idiot in the Ladbrokes Ads that appear on Sky when showing the Football
Food, mood and brood rhyme with good and the rest.

You're joking aren't you?! You must be! Lol!
