Who's the older actress in the new ad? I was thinking maybe Francesca Annis but I'm not sure and I can't see anything on Google.

Karen, can you post the URL of the ad you're referring to? I've located quite a few "Protect and Perfect" Boots ads over the past few years and none of them have Miss Annis in them. Perhaps it's so new I haven't seen it yet... Keeley Hawes was in quite a few.
