how about the Latest Posts only showing entries for one's current topic i.e. if you're looking in CB then Latest Posts only shows entries in CB, if you're in Arts (subtopic in Arts & Literature) then you only see the Latest Posts for Arts & Literature, and so on. If you are on the home page then you see the Latest Posts for all topics.

Or maybe have 2 panels, one for Latest Posts as described above and one for all Latest Posts (as at present).

Morning!

It would undermine the point of the latest posts box a bit. Its current use is "global" - if you want to see the "latest posts" in any given category you should use the "recently answered" tab. For example, Chatterbank's is here: http://www.theanswerb...ype=recently_answered

Customizing what categories appear in the latest posts box might be a good call however i.e. allowing users to choose which categories to ignore. That might be useful for non-quizzers and non CBer's.

All the best,

Good morning AB Ed.
How long does it take for a new users Q to appear ?

Ed make it a site preference - you haven't got any of those so far, that could be the first.
RoyalFool - usually instantly.

Yep, bit of a "big" job though. So we're not talking anytime soon!

We've got some rather dull, but needed, stuff for you next (looking at a November update I think). Won't say too much yet though in case something happens!

Spare Ed
A November update you say Spare Ed. I'll be looking-out for the fireworks.!!

Best wishes....Ron.
