A bit abrupt canary?
Its been like that for the time I been here. Its worth asking though as I dont like the convention of capital's in titles here or in newspapers
Canary I wouldn’t worry, it’s not a big deal, I said I liked Land of Hope and glory with the YouTube video,I only put it in because Gullivers post had it as an OP, wasn’t really a news item,it got zapped immediately, must admit I laughed
I might be wrong but I believe it was to prevent all capitals being used in a question.

It mainly affects only abbreviations such as BBC for example. If the BBC uses an acronym such as NASA or UEFA, they write it as Nasa and Uefa because they are pronounced as words and I am trying to do the same now.
