How Do I Update My Email And Password?

Help.
Sometimes Answerbank does an auto fill in for my email and password, and sometimes doesn’t, but I no longer use that email and I have no idea what the password is.

I have had similar problem before, ed sorted it out with me giving details of old and new ID's

I think Tony means you should email the Ed with your problem.

On the login page I think it's your user name and password that is filled in .
If you can get in I recall you can change the email address and password on your AB profile page

ah- just tried it. It seems to work okay until the last step because there is now a box I haven't seen before which says something like "as a security check, please enter your existing password"

Simple solution is once logged in, never log out. That way every time you turn on your computer your profile will be there for you.
