Before I had chance to say a further word my thread became posted . Perhaps there is a technical problem with AB.

I was about to say that anotheoldgit has just had a thread closed. I ask for why.?

It does appear that things in AB are far from what they should be. Is this anything to do with the fact that our dear Editor is on sick leave and there is not anyone in complete control.

This is the first time we've had a report of this issue. What operating system and browser are you using? I can try to replicate the issue.

Hans, instead of blaming SpareEd why not look at the members who are causing threads to be closed?

They are the ones not using the site for its purpose.....they're using it to have a go at other members....that has nothing to do with SpareEd.

Openly chastise the trouble makers, and their 'wall sitting flock' will disappear in case they also finish on the 'naughty step'.

@AB.SE.....You are now answering my earlier Question which, as a thread, has been removed and was questioning why so many threads are being closed without any reason being given. Anyway. as a response to you, my, Operating system in this instance is Windows 10 and my Browser is the best..Firefox.( Unsolicited advertising !!)

@gness.....I hope you are Not suggesting that I am using the site 'to have a go at other members' because I have had during the past few days a couple of threads closed after a posting of mine.
In fact one thread was closed because I drew attention to the fact that Buenchico had to re-open a closed thread so that he could post.
