I purchased a 2ft roller blind as I am disabled I thought that It would be best to make things as simple as possible I unpacked the blind ,so far so good, I installed the ends went into my kitchen only to find that the blind I was replacing uses different brackets and the section that slots into the bracket is slightly bigger meaning I have to take down the original brackets and replace with new ,Oh deep joy now I have to ask my very helpful neighbour to come in and fit the new brackets ,really this is not a question more a frustration that something I thought I could do for myself turns out to be a job for someone else ,why can't something so simple as roller blinds be uniformed the principle is the same really all but the size of the end piece that slots in ,
So if you are sitting there debating whether to have a change in the Roller Blind department beware it is not as simple as it looks .

Nothing is simple in this life. We sy the sme about other products...if only things were standard how much simpler life would be. Would be same for us if we needed to change the blinds, I know it won't be standard so we resist the change and hang on to what we have...even though we would love to renew. Oh for an easier life in the DIY stakes.
