Boiler Problem: Getting Hot water but Central Heating not firing

The model I have is Modena 80 http://theinitiativegroup.org.uk/fscinitiative database/ferroli/Modena80.pdf Boiler fires and works fine for hot water. For Central Heating, it won't fire at all....
