just done tax return on line but no confirmation screen

i just went back into my login and says i have no tax to pay yet when i looked at time i was submitting shows £116, i am just confused as when i was submitting seemed to turn to error page so...

water left in softener compartment of washing machine

the washing has not been conditioned too... help... cleaned compartments and put hot water down back of where drawer is incase clogged or something... thank you...

I need to add my itunes music onto a blank recordable cd
