Connecting Tv to V+Hd Set top box

When I connect my HD TV to my virgin Media V+hd set top box do I have to still connect it with a scart as well as a HDMI lead? or can i just connect it using only the HDMI lead? Thanks in advance...

Is it illegal in the UK to have your cars speedo in kilomtre's?

My last car was a japanese import and the speedo was in kph, something i never changed, after a time i remembered 50 was about the 30mph mark and 80 was 50mph, my friend told me that this is illegal?...
