If you run out of ice - just fill up a very clean white plastic bag with water - tie tightly - you may have to double up on the bags - put in freezer and out comes a big ball of ice. Smash with hammer...

I just love it - you know all charred and black - all meat but am no good at doing it. I did try on the wee portable ones but wasn't cooked through. Can I have barbecued stuff any other way....
