Using the Gym

I have done exercise classes but never used the machines at the gym. I'm a bit nervous about trying this. Is it easy to get started, do you get any help with what you are trying to achieve?

law in respect of care home fees

If I wished for my Mum to have respite care in a care home whilst I was out of the country could I do this but use her money to pay for it. Sounds awful but its the only way I could afford to do this....
