Engaged The Services Of A Solicitor To Act As A Deputy For The Property And Financial Affairs For Our Mother Who Has Dementia. The Deputy Changed Her Surname A Few Months Ago And Is Still Signing Cheques For Our Mothers Bank Account In Her Old Surname,
