Is it true that if you have a new central heating boiler, it has to be a condenser? If so, does that mean it has to be positioned on an outside wall or could it go somewhere where it has direct access...

I have a virus in a windows System 32 file. My virus scanner can't get rid of it but it doesn't tell me how to get rid of it manually. I have a feeling I will have to get it through the REGEDIT...
