I've made a lasagne and put it in the fridge for tomorrow (I'm pretty sure that I've read somewhere that it tastes better if you do this). Before I cook it tomorrow do I need to let it reach room temperature or do I cook it straight from the fridge?

Cook it straight from the fridge.
I`d cook it straight from chilled.
I doubt it matters if you cook anything straight from the fridge. It's some types of frozen food you have to be careful with.

I was concerned that the middle bit wouldn't be hot (it's in a big dish).
I would take it out. Just 30 mins or so.
Out of the fridge at room temperature for an hour and a half, then cook.

I just know it'll be the sloppy, but tasty, gloop that it has always been :(
Have faith, I'm sure it will be fine.
