I have voted for Labour and Conservative so have no real political allegiance.
But I do not believe it! But I wonder will it be with a carrot or a stick?
I am thinking stick!

I didn't hear his speech. Is he planning to increase Family Credits for hard-working families? That would be one way of helping to reduce poverty among the 'working poor'.
I seem to remember that 5 years ago he also promised that the NHS would be "safe in our hands".
And that he'd reduce annual net migration into the UK to below 100,000..."no ifs, no buts". It was over 300,000 at the last count!
