Q Radio Just Say Yes Voice Comp.

Hi all - there's competition on Q radio Northern Ireland to guess the voice of the celebrity. It sounds like a man in their 40's or 50's with a southern English accent. The only clue they have given out is DIY. Any ideas anyone? Thanks x

Thanks shaneystar2 - those 2 have both been guessed and they're wrong. Check out www.qonair and look at ' just say yes' guesses. Now I think they sound southern English, fairly posh. It's been running since April apparently! The prize is now at £1400. It's on Q Radio 100.5 fm and you need to listen from about 4.50 onwards. The voice sounds really familiar it's driving me crazy.

I can't get to listen it alvina but if he's got a posh accent how about
Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen ? He's more of designer than a DIY'er though but has been in these DIY programmes flinging up curtains and whatnot :)

It's not Laurence - he's on the list as a wrong answer. I would say it sounds like a distinguished voice,like a politician or actor, but judging by the radio presenters' reactions this person is directly linked to DIY.
