Links on web pages ...

On the iPad, they always used to be "one touch" and the link worked.

Now I've updated to iOS 8, you seem to have to touch the links twice.

For example ...

The "Topics" on the left, in AnswerBank. If I touch one now, it just highlights and underlines it. I have to touch it a second time to actually go to the page.

Am I stuck with this? Or can I change it?

GAAAAHHH !!!

Even the SUBMIT button! I touched it now, and it just flickered. I have to touch it twice to submit this post.

Same here, jj..sometimes four or five times, until I updated to iOS 9..now it's back to screen freeze/keys 'sticking'... :o((((((

If your screen stops responding to touches and swipes, you’ll want to hold down the power button and home button at the same time. Wait for the phone to reboot and then try to use your screen like you normally do.

If it doesn’t work the first time, try it again until it works. It took three resets for our screen to start working again.
Excuse me, jj

Thanks again Jom

I've tried that, as well as clearing history etc and it just keeps happening Grrr! This is still happening as well:
