Ah...missed that Mamy ! Its worst that I thought then !
This man is a liability. Does he think he holds a 'licence of defiance'?
This man is a disgrace, he should be locked up for a very long time.
That was the inquest. A the time there was talk of the victims' families bringing a private prosecution.

Worth noting that the Shoreham air crash pilot responsible for 11 deaths hadn't even been interviewed yet despite leaving hospital weeks ago.
Gromit: Detective Chief Inspector Paul Rymarz, leading the police inquiry into the air crash, said: "The interview of the pilot forms an integral part of the police investigation, but at this time his fitness for interview has not been confirmed.
"Additionally, we are still in an evidence-gathering stage, with appropriate expert assistance, as we need to fully understand every element of what is a very complex subject in order to gain maximum benefit from that interview.
The families of the victims have been updated as to the reasons why the pilot has not yet been interviewed."
From the Daily Express.
Yes, he has not been arrested for the bin lorry crash,it was for driving while disqualified. That is a 6 month jail sentence at the most, so out in 3 months with the last month at home 'on tag' 5 or 6 weeks' porridge '.
I doubt even that. He was not disqualified by the courts; his licence was temporarily withdrawn on medical grounds so I suppose the worst he can be charged with is driving without a licence, a less serious offence.
//Harry Clarke, 58, is accused of driving a car on 20 September despite losing his licence for medical reasons.//
