What is it that makes Greek honey uniquely dark and rich ?, and to my mind the best of all, by far.

the flowers they collect the pollen from will have a lot to do with it but i am guessing that the enzymes contributed by the bees will vary from country to country and have an effect.
Or tiny, handcrafted droplets of Greek gravy-browning....
I've decided to have a hot toddy using brandy for the pain then try and get into the shower in an hour
