A little help with my final two , please.

33 Across "Cheese to put in inverted cooking pan" (5). Is the answer "KOTOW"? If so, is quoted a type of cheese?

10 Down "King in suit that was turned up in card game once" (5). I assume the answer is "TAROC" (R in COAT reversed) but I don't see how coat is the same as suit. Any explanations greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much kayakamina and scorpiojo for your speedy and excellent responses.
What's being turned up in 10dn is actually 'suit that was', an obsolete meaning of 'suit' being 'to attire', ie 'to coat' (='to clothe').
