Club Tarahal, in Tenerife?

It was on the books of Nessus Leisure but I can't find it anywhere and there hasn't been any info on them moving ownership or anything like that.

I have a timeshare there and have just got the annual maintenance invoice and it is nowhere on the paperwork, I can't find it on their website which is under construction and When I google it the places that list it I can't book it.

It is all very odd
