I'm wondering which part of 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' these genuises didn't understand.
From a webmail system that worked, I now have a crashy, flash-based pile of steaming pants that's just decided to close down completely mid-message.
Screamy screamy scream.
Change should never ever happen.

Ever.

Unless the replacement is rock-solid, tested by having fat ladies jump all over it for a year, and soaked in the bath for 24 hours.

Just thought I'd share.

I keep putting stuff into spam box and within minutes it pops up in my In-box again. A minor problem but an annoying one.

I quite agree it's not fit for purpose is it? I have had an NTL World e-mail address since 1991, but this is one "UPGRADE" too far, will be setting myself up with an alternative PDQ.
As for rude words I think CRAP just about solves the problem.
I feel your pain...sort of.
