They do a lot of that sort of thing on chinese websites such as lightinthe box. I did order a wedding dress from them, it turned up fine although a bit of a palaver, long wait and I had to pay import duty but they are a legitimate site. I still think if you searched about UK sites, including ebay, you'd find something suitable.

I love dyeing shoes. I take any old pair and dye them to match the latest outfit. Some of my shoes have been four different colours ( not at the same time).
