Hi Mamya, with a big wavy smile to thee and Everyone Else. Yeah, lots of memories, eh? The syrup is concentrated, so maybe a lot in a little, so I might give it a go - gotta sort these damned knees out somehow! Many Thanks All.

This is good for knees??? I am arthritic in my right knee.
I took rosehip tablets for about ..ooh ..six months I suppose .Did absolutely nothing as have all the other supplements I've wasted good dosh on .Save your money woodelf .If you must take something cod liver oil is cheaper and good painkillers from the doctor cheaper still if you don't have to pay for prescriptions.Mind you I am very, very arthritic. Past help I'm afraid :)
200gm of syrup isn't even 200ml....200gm of water is 200ml. 200gm of syrupy liquid is much less than 200ml...how much less depends on the consistency (ie density) of the syrup.
