Why does my startup screen in Firefox 40 now not start with Google? I can't seem to get it back to the way it used to be?
Any help or advice on getting Google back on my startup screen?
Cheers

I've recently learnt that Mozilla Firefox now supports Yahoo as their favoured option and as such will result in Yahoo page starting as default!
Why can't computers work for US,instead of us changing for them?
They provide the options for you to change settings - the home page is just one of them - to whatever you want.
Yahoo is only Firefox's default for the search engine it uses. I think that it's rather good when Google's market place superiority is challenged by someone!

Anyway, changing the default search engine is hardly rocket science:
Click on the magnifying glass at the left of the search box.
Click 'Change Search Settings'.
Choose your preferred option from the drop-down menu.
Close the tab.
