Had a bad experience on Saturday trying to get into Waxy O'Connors in London - looked on website for where to address my complaint, no customer service or 'contact us' details, only the standard phone No.
Called this No & selected option to "speak to the manager " three times, phone went dead on each occasion - does anyone have any ideas on how I can pursue this matter please ?
