I Have A 23X19' Ish Log Cabin At End Of Our Garden....

Currently has a suite telly dining table in for al fresco evenings.....its a shame but....never??!!!!! Anyway...wanting to set up a wee business using it/from it nothing too intrusive as we have a little private road to our house shared with a few more spread out houses...what could i do? Willing to deliver/work from (providing not too many cars coming to and fro). Feel its crying out for something....ps i cant cook very well so not food related.....made redundant recently need to make some dough....and quick!!????
Love animals, plants, the sky at night lol, floristry, jewellery, you got it-thought of it all so far -pet grooming/making jewllery etc......nothing coming tho guys. Help!!!!!!

And....have no skills as such apart from the industry in which i was made redundant...........skilled but not entranpreunurial unfortunately..... X
You've listed your interests but what actual skills do you have?
Dog grooming?
Could you convert it into a cattery? I've had to use one several times recently and I've been gobsmacked by the amount they charge and they're always full too!
Do a floristry course and open up your own little business making posies of fresh and/or dried flowers?

Have you got room to grow your own flowers?

Cats a no go cos of noise smell and cabin will reek unfortunately-i DO love love love cats but nae inside wood on a hot day.....dog grooming-same unfortunately...anything. Yes yes anything else but cutting *** from fur sorry just cant, hence reason i have short haired doggy........was thinking doggy massage?probs not a coiner. Eccles oil and gas 20 years fully cips qualified.

A fully qualified florist trains for five years to get their NDSF.

Maybe look at flower arranging courses if that is something of interest.
keep in mind that you will have to pay a business rate not a residential rate and also the council may not allow a business to be run from a house at all. Check your council's website before continuing.

Thanks guys....small to large. Licences etc to follow as with business rates. Just a pure waste of space as it stands.
