Sciatica

I have had sciatica since Christmas. Been to Physio and a Chiropractor. Am taking codydramol. Also have solpadol, but they make me sick. I have a TENS machine also. Nothing works. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Find a Bowen Practioner in your area and you will find their treatment does the trick. A couple of one hour sessions usually cures the problem. Very relaxing. Good luck

Unfortunately, without knowing what exactly is causing the pain (MRI scan), you are likely to be wasting time and/or money with these suggestions.
Having any sort of physical treatment/manipulation without knowing the cause of the pain, could make the condition worse (these words from my orthopaedic surgeon).
