It's Cilla Blacks funeral today and there will be many famous people there.Cliff Richard,Christopher Biggins, Paul O'Grady and probably Jimmy Tarbuck etc. We know she was good friends with The Beatles back in the day, but do you think that Paul or Ringo will be at the funeral, anyone heard if they will be there? xx

Paul O'Grady's eulogy for Cilla was brilliant.
Well considering what he USED to say about - it's quite a turnaround
^^ what do you mean Ric.ror
Eh ???
can you imagine cliff belting out " congratulations " at someones funeral? not sure it would be very apt.
Ric.roar - "Well considering what he USED to say about - it's quite a turnaround"

Are you sure you are not confusing Mr O'Grady's famously sharp wit and irony for serious pronouncements?
at my sisters funeral they cued the music up wrong and instead of "you'll never walk alone" we got "celebrate"

## Was Dale Winton there? ##

Yes he was,

but his face clashed with the wood polish of the coffin, so he looked invisible!
I thought Paul O'Grady was brilliant .... the whole service did go on a bit tho! As for Carol Vorderman, defo a bit of botox there, to puffy and shiny! Of the Beatles I thought Cilla was closest to Ringo, as she used to do Ringos mums hair and they live near each other.
Paul O Grady first came to prominence as lily savage on Loose ends when it was on a Saturday morning. In those days he was really funny and was, what can only be described as, scathing about Cilla.
