Want to go too Turgutries next month but I am concerned about the refuge situation regarding thier flight too Kos, would they be collecting in Turgutries to get across.

They'd have to sail past Kos to get to Turgutreis, so no.

I was thinking that they came overland from the East Turkey?

Akyarlar offers a shorter crossing to Kos than Turgutreis does, so that's where any build up of migrants would be most likely to occur.

Although I said Turgutries I use Pareo beach which is just along from Akyarlar so I am now having second thoughts about going this year.

i`d be seriously avoiding anywhere southern mediterannean or routes out of just now. if its just a holiday the Canaries are off the migrant route.
