This video gives clear evidence that the unarmed man was murdered, and yet no charges were ever brought against the officers !

This type of killing happens several times a week in the US. There are rules when leathal force can be used, when the police officer feels 'threatened'. There have been app.100 US policemen murdered since that incident. Never hear much about them, do we?
And I thought it was mikey that avoided answering direct questions.

When he was shot his arms were very wide apart, his left arm had a full palm showing, his right arm was holding the hat his fingers outstreched.

His right hand looked very visible to me.
It is reasonable to assume that the law is the problem.

There is no murder charge because the law lets police officers behave in ways which if done by anyone else would clearly bring a murder charge.

The US have a unique situation, where the assumption is made that the detained members of the public are assumed to be carry weapons, not assumed to be defenceless. So if you are drunk and do not follow orders the law allows you to be killed.

Clearly when the laws were made, it was not intended to result in all these innocent people losing their lives. The more video from Police and public documenting this waste of innocent lives will ssurely mean the rules of engagement will have to be looked at and changed.

left hand holding the hat ....multi tasking is letting me down today
Just read Zacs link and it is even more clownish than first reported.

A bicycle had been reported stolen, and the victim was the brother of the man who's bike and been nicked, and was out looking for it.

Why wasn't the man shot when he put his hand in his back pocket?

I wouldn't want to be in America...If being drunk and being in the wrong place at the wrong time was a life threatening situation...I would have been dead a long time ago.

incompetence, first class incompetence by one sergeant and three officers.
Take them of the streets, they are a menace.
