Lots of exercise, no beer and no pies would be my guess
She overcame a few hurdles apparently...
And stop your boyfriend feeding you his toblerone
It probably all snapped back into place after the baby was born.
I think it's called hard work and dedication!
Shouldn't this be in ChatterBank?
My goodness. I do hope that she doesn't hang around with Dr Walter Palmer.

Smutty innuendo doesn't always get Best Answer, Zacs.

I mean, sometimes it does, obviously.

Just not always.
Probably kept up her exercise regime right up until the baby was born and ate sensibly. Probably back exercising as soon as safe to do so.
Kate Middleton was the same too - think it may be in the genes, lucky things !
She's on my facebook page (I used to coach heptathlon). I and many others have watched her training sessions. She's been working incredibly hard. That's the 'how'!

I'm going to meet a pal for a drink. Obviously I will avoid the beer and the meat pies. And strictly slimline tonic with my vodka. Jessica Ennis tummy, here I come. Have a great evening, guys.
Just keep jogging Jayne.
