How To Extract Non Pixelated Previews From Lightroom

Im trying to extract preview images from lightroom as I have lost the originals and they don't seem to be in the backup folder. Is there a way of extracting them to a normal size? When they are extracted they are really small and pixelated.

If you've only got thumbnails left (and not files of the original size) then there's no way that you can generate full-resolution images again.

As Methyl suggests, a bit more information might help here.
