If that is a true picture of where this tw6t did his 130 mph, then he deserves to be put away for years, not months !

I don't fancy his chances there, you need some brains to stand a chance of passing.
deserves to lose his licence a lot longer than that, too.
He would not be doing 130mph on that stretch of road mikey. There are some dual carriageways either side of that railway bridge. Shocking behaviour on the roads regardless. And make him have a speed awareness course for his trouble. Mind you I try to get out of Shotton pretty handy when I have to pass through.
The law is tied here again. He only got as long as 8 months because he was done for drink driving (failure to produce a specimen,same thing ) and possession of cocaine as well as the speeding. The maximum for any driving offence other than death by dangerous driving is 6 months jail. So out in 3 months with a month off on 'Tag'.
