Hi, I have just re-joined Sky TV, I have a new account no etc but my old sky.com ID is still there with a completely different account number. Now I think it is somehow preventing me creating a new id because when I fill in the form and click “create sky id” it just sits there doing nothing, no error messages nothing. Anyone know if you can revive the old ID somehow and connect the new account to it? Or perhaps delete the old id. Surely sky have people re-joining all the time but I cannot find any help on this. Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

if only there is no way to communicate with a human!
You should be able to manage the Sky iD's associated with your Sky Account and remove any that you simply don't wish to use.

To do this log in to “www.sky.com/mysky” using the primary Sky iD for your Sky account then select “Additional Users” from the Profile & Settings menu.

You should see the additional Sky iD's listed and have the choice to remove them.

I hope this helps.
