1.I have a problem sleeping and would like to be able to find out how many hours sleep I get in 24 hours.
2. I sometimes sleep during the day as I am always awake in the early hours of the morning. I never sleep in periods longer than an hour or so.
3.I am 83 and live alone. I have difficulty in walking more than 15 yards out of doors and am therefore housebound.
4.If you have bought a sleep monitor I would be grateful if you could tell me the cost and the supplier.
5.Amazon, and others sell many such monitors but most seem to have a daytime activity function, eg pedometer, as well. I do not need this.
6.Alternatively, if you have a sleep monitor for sale, could you let me know how it works and how much you would sell it for. Thank you

Thank you dannyk13
Fitbit also have a sleep monitor, (haven't worked out how to use it yet).
I've seen such apps for smart phones but have no experience of any of them. If you have such a phone that may be one place to look.
