I think so. I get hay fever early on so I assume I'm allergic to tree pollen.
Yes, for years I was only allergic to rapeseed. Unfortunately now it seems as if it can be anything or everything.
Yes - you can be allergic to anything. Frankie (my darling little boy cat) seems to react to a specific pollen that is later in the pollen season. The vet explained it all to me and I forgot every bit of information that she gave me.

Ask your vet next time you are there - you can get quicker appointments that way.
I assume that you mean inhaled allergies rather than contact or ingested allergens, then if you do, then the answer is that is unusual to be hypersensitive to just one allergen, that is e.g a single grass pollen or single tree pollen. It is better to understand that you are in a state of "hypersensitivity" which can be triggered by many allergens.

So, in answer to your question, it is unusual for people top be "allergic" to just one type of pollen.
People get affected at different parts of the "hayfever season" so sensitive to a particular type is more likely.
As opposed to a particular plant I mean.
According to a recent programme on TV, yes.
