Anyone know the correct way that the sim card should be inserted..
Is the sloping part at the top left or at the bottom right when it goes into the phone?

The two little prong bits face towards the phone, with the sticking-out bit on the other side at the BOTTOM (not the top).

I have it in correctly.
I cannot receive an Internet connection using the talktalk sim even though I have activated the sim online.
