That article is full of 'said to be's' and 'suspected'.

If the allegation is true, then why is he not arrested and prosecuted?

He should be before a jury, and if convicted, should be inprisoned or deported.

i understand moves have been made to deport him dating back years. however as a supporter of the muslim brotherhood, if he were deported to his native egypt, he'd be imprisoned, tortured, etc, qed he cannot be deported.
