Problem With 'chrome'

..whenever I open 'chrome' as my home page there appears a cream coloured banner about 1cm wide saying 'Chrome didn't shut down correctly' and a Restore button. Can someone help me to correct this, please.

Chrome is Not the best of Browsers and, whilst I am Not a Fan of Internet Explorer, I would choose IE in preference to Google Chrome. I think the best Browser is Firefox.

Make sure that your Chrome is up-to-date because the message you are getting has been known to present itself when an up-date is required.

Google Chrome is not the best browser it is very intrusive and has the ability to change many things . I use IE 11 but Firefox as a backup browser
