What on earth do they tell these mumpties to sway them into taking their family into danger. I really would interested to know.

I could never be sold a set of double glazed windows, let alone be lured into wearing head to toe black garb or carry a rifle. To offer your young daughter as a bride and your son as a suicide bomber, utter madness.

All in the name of Islam, I don't buy it. Has to be more offered to them.

It's a cult, and young people have always been recruited into cults. They're targeted because they're naive, idealistic and impressionable.
..and also as TTT said, most of the work's already been done for them by virtue of the fact that they've been fed nonsense from birth.
All that needs to happen is that the nonsense gets a different and more malicious spin put on it.
Ludwig has it - it's a cult. ~Remember 'Moonies' et al? These youngsters (and some oldies) are being sold 'certaincies' in an uncertain world. In the UK this is exacerbated by a 'them and us' feeling caused by their parents' generation's inability to adopt, or even adapt to, the culture of the nation to which they have immigrated. They need to belong somewhere - ISIL offers certaincies and roles in life. Not everyone recognises or appreciates freedom to carve their own way. Phew! :)
