I have booked a caravan for Mon 7 July and paid in full
I texted to ask about keys yesterday at 7pm and as yet had no response
I have copies of my text and details of bank payments, and I intent to contact the owners again at lunchtime then the website I found the owners through at 2pm if I don't hear from them.
Does this seem like a reasonably course of action?
I'm a little worried we might need to book another if I don't get any response
Ric....this could just be that the people are a little busy at the moment....I wouldn't start panicking yet !
Is this a private owner, that has a 'van on a site ? It could be that the site owners can help. I sometimes lend my 'van out to friends, and the site owners have a spare set of keys, which friends can collect from.
Try the site owners today and have a word with them.
If its a Haven site, I really wouldn't have thought you have any problem at all.......Haven wouldn't allow any nonsense, as it would reflect back on them.
Give us an update, when you know more.......we like happy stories here on AB !
Ok the owner has contacted me to tell me they will be sending through a security code
I am presuming we call to the offices at haven, quote the code and then get the keys
Does that seem ok?
Seems fine to me, Ric....similar to what I've done in the past......although you could just post the security code here and we'd all rock up for a party......☺
