Tins of concrete paint have been purchased and the seller has given advice that to ensure adhesion, the paint needs to be thinned with water. Personally I would have thought it should have added a pva glue mix. Any help please.

I wouldn't thin it down, but I would give the floor a coat of diluted pva first though.
What does it say on the tin? .. do that.

apparently tin doesn't give any info, tonyav that was my other thought as I did that for my garden walls built of breeze block before I painted them with Sandtex.
