Funerals aren't cheap but don't seem to be a bother in Corrie, is Kevin paying For Maddy's or is there compensation from the fire.

I was wondering that. Maddies Mum couldn't be found (and had no money anyway) and Sophie doesn't appear to be earning much working in Devs shop so who paid for it all.

That's a relief for Kevin although thy never seem to contact DSS for anything, they just move from job to job and house to house never hear them mention housing benefit or jobseekers but then there is another street for all that, Benefits Street!

Don't rate Sophie in this storyline, she doesn't seem very upset ........ why did they get rid of the character Maddie?

The actress wanted to move on. They could have left the door open for her but obviously decided not to.

I never warmed to the actress Maddie - don't know why - but then I do not warm to the man that is partner to Kevin's ex-wife (can't remember he rname_ - the man she is with currentrly really gives me the creepy crawleies.
