For the uninitiated it's Mrs Browns Boys.

Caran, how can you watch that awful programme?

I love it so I find it easy to do!

Thanks for the warning!
So unfunny wouldn't give it air time

I have only ever watched about 2 minutes of it because it is so dire. In the 1970s, people such as Dick Emery and Stanley Baxter were fantastic at portraying women. Mrs Browns Boys doesn`t come anywhere near.
I can give you a good film alert ;) ....Infamous....BBC2 @ 11.50

I just can't get the humour. I find their interviews offscreen as a couple odd too but I don't know why
Having sampled a few episodes, I'm still unsure about Mrs Brown. The Christmas special (which was the first one I'd watched) was only just watchable, with all of the jokes predictable and 'telegraphed' well before the punchlines. However tonight's program did have me laughing a lot.

Tonight's real comedy gem was the repeat of episode 2 of Sun Trap. I'd missed episode 1 but it quickly had me convinced that it's the BBC's best comedy programme for years.
caran - i like it in the beginning bt it is now the same old same old. but if you enjoy then do so by all meas.
Is it a new series Caran? I loved Mrs Brown, though the film was a huge disappointment .
I love it and always laugh out loud. They are much funnier live though as I found out when I went to watch them at the Liverpool Empire a couple of years back. We all ached with laughter !
