Can anyone recommend any nice friendly helpful sites please, I just seem to find the ones who want to sell you stuff. I bought a 'Ceanothus Impressus Victoria' today and would like know something about it - anyone got one please?

Simply putting your search term into google, together with 'RHS' often brings up useful information, such as https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=354 (There's a search box on the RHS web pages as well). Thank you both for replying, I had already tried RHS and the BBC but surprisingly neither recognized the plant, and the BBC said their page has been archived, but as you suggested it was on the american site Chris. I suppose what I want is something like AB but just about gardening, they must exist, I'll just have to keep looking, thanks again
