I don't, but I have a friend whose number plate reads the user name of someone here I'm not over fond of....

When she pulls up on the drive I hang a tea towel over the number plate...x
I used to work for the DVLA and one of my roles was issuing registration number to dealers. Back then they used to cross out all the registration numbers 1 -21 and any that spelt any sort of word.
A friend of mine had 4 KOK which had a screw (pun intended) at the top of the 4 making it look like 4' KOK.
Suppose it depends what you mean by offensive. Don't go around reading number plates so wouldn't notice.
Mine might be offensive to latvians.
Years ago I remember seeing a yellow E-Type Jag with the plate FU 2 on it.It turned out to belong to Fiona Richmond a model,who's boy friend Paul Raymonds the Soho strip club owner had bought it for her.

I could understand young kids who are in the puerile-behind-the-bike-shed-bathroom humour stage of growth, which we have all gone through, thinking that these offensive license plates are the cat's pajamas (Oops: showing my age:)); however, so called mature adults...

I habitually read number plates to see if they are pronounceable
post codes too - makes them much more memorable

PENi5 was the number plate of the hired R-R that Linda Lovelace used to publicise her famous but completely pornographic and reprehensible film Deep Throat in 1973 [ disreputable creature ! ]
